Alexander - Pulaski County Economic and Community Development Council

Alexander-Pulaski Economic Community Development Council (AP-ECDC) is a non-profit corporation located in Pulaski, IL, established in September 2022.  AP-ECDC was founded to promote the establishment /development /expansion of industries and non-profit organizations in the Alexander and Pulaski County, IL region for the social and economic improvement of communities and citizens.  We will achieve this goal through data-driven decision-making, active local, state, and national collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to building inclusive and equitable opportunities.

Alexander and Pulaski Counties are made up of disadvantaged communities with great potential to expand and flourish if given the opportunity.  Even though the needs of the communities we represent are daunting, AP-ECDC believes that through collaboration and strategy the challenges can be met.  The coalition this organization is forming will come to together to tell our own story and take part in our own rescue.
